Geekabyte (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online store offering IT products and accessories sourced from various suppliers. These terms apply to all online purchases made through www.geekabyte.co.za.

2. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors in pricing, stock levels, or product descriptions may occur.
• In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and notify you before processing payment or dispatch.

3. Stock Information

Stock information is automatically updated via supplier data feeds and may change at any time. Displayed stock levels do not guarantee availability at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

All online payments are processed securely via Yoco. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and fees depend on your location and selected delivery method. Geekabyte is not responsible for courier delays, public holidays, or supplier stock transfers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for faulty or defective products within the supplier’s warranty period. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the order.

7. Product Descriptions and Images

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided directly from suppliers and may vary slightly from the actual product. We are not liable for minor variations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are securely processed via Yoco and are not stored on our servers.

9. Order Cancellations

Geekabyte reserves the right to cancel any order where a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurred. Customers will be notified and refunded in full.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
